The cuisine of the restaurant of the winery is based on a combination of various techniques of cooking on fire - sheet metal, embers, grill, flame and ovens - with native ingredients. Author recipes with roots in regional cuisine blended by recipes of Italian origin are prepared. 

In each season of the year, our team of cooks creates a four-course menu that follows the Italian structure of starter, pasta, meat and dessert, each paired with the best wines from the winery. 

For its preparation, it uses local seasonal products, vegetables and herbs grown in its own garden and extra virgin olive oil, the fruit of the old olive trees on the farm.
